Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept the following methods of payment:

Paypal, Credit or Debit cards which are either Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Electron,
Delta or JCB.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

We are currently only accepting orders from the UK. Please feel free to contact us for more information

Carriage is free* over £75.00 including vat, orders under £75.00 are charged at £4.98 including vat (£4.15 + vat) and will be added to your order value at the checkout. *subject to the areas listed in ‘Delivery Schedule’.

Orders received before 2.00pm on a normal working day (i.e not Saturday, Sunday, Good Friday and Easter Monday will be dispatched that day. Should we be unable to do this we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you as to when the goods can be sent and giving you the option to cancel if the anticipated delivery is unacceptable.

All items posted by First Class Royal Mail should be with you the next working day (or Saturday morning) but could take up to 5 working days. Royal Mail also indicate that an item is not classed as lost until 15 working days from date of dispatch. We cannot offer a refund or send items again until these 15 working days have expired.

Items sent by Overnight Courier should arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, although sometimes, due to extenuating circumstances, it may take 48 hours for items to reach their destination. If you have not received your goods by 72 hours after date of dispatch please contact us on 01392 216336 where we will track and trace the item.

Please note couriers will only hold items for 7 days from date of attempted delivery before the items are returned to us. If items are returned we reserve the right to charge for redelivery.

All dates given are subject to stock availability.

Please note we do not process payment until the goods are ready for dispatch.

UK Mainland

Orders up to 2 kg will usually either be sent by FIRST Class Post or Royal Mail Standard Parcels which should be with you the next working day (or Saturday morning).

Orders over 2kg will either be sent by Parcel Force or DHL on an overnight (next working day) service, a signature is required to take delivery, if no one is available to sign then a card will be left so that you can contact the delivering depot to arrange another delivery or collect.

Courier option should your order total be under £75 including vat it would normally be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. You can choose for your order to be sent by courier instead, it will be sent by Parcel Force or DHL on an overnight (next working day) service. You must order before 2pm for it to be sent out the same day, please see the paragraph below for more details. A signature may be required to take delivery, if no one is available to sign then a card will be left so that you can contact the delivering depot to arrange another delivery or collect.

Scottish Highlands (As defined by UK couriers)

(Postcodes: AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36 to IV40, IV52 to IV54, IV63, KW1 to KW14, PA21 to PA38, PH4 to PH41 and PH49 to PH50)

Orders over 2kg in total will require an additional carriage charge, this will be calculated in the basket or checkout.

(We are sorry that we require additional carriage for items over 2kg, we are trying to keep prices as low as possible and cannot therefore absorb the extra carriage that couriers charge to send to “The Highlands”. Royal mail charge even more than other couriers for parcels over 2kg so it is not possible to use them.)

Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.

Channel Islands

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We only accept orders from the UK. For orders made from the UK , 20% VAT is included.

Western Towing takes security extremely seriously. that is why the whole of our website is secure. Further more, all of our online payments are securely handled through Braintree Payments or Paypal.

Nobody in our organisation ever has access to your card details. We are only ever supplied with the type of card that you placed your purchase with, and the last 4 digits of your credit card.

How this works
When in the final checkout page you can choose to pay be debit card, credit card or Paypal. When choosing debit or credit card you will be asked to ender your card details and confirm your order. If you are using PayPal then you will be redirected to your login page to complete the payment securely.

Security of payment card data is crucial in the online world. The standard to protect card data is the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is a joint venture between Visa and MasterCard, supported by all banks.

Any reference to manufacturers names or products are for identification purposes only. Parts supplied are not necessarily manufactured by the original manufacturer.

Western Towing do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Store Card’ Option.

Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Incorrectly Ordered/Unwanted Goods

In the event that an item is ordered and it does not meet your requirements we will accept the item as a return so long as the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was dispatched.

Please contact us either by email to shop@westerntowing.co.uk or on 01392 216336 within 14 days of receipt of goods. You will then be given a unique returns code which must be included on any paperwork enclosed with the returned items. We will then discuss with you the options of returning the items and how much credit you will receive for the returned items. You will then have 30 days from date of dispatch to return the items to us at your own cost.

Faulty/Damaged/Missing Goods

If goods should be received and they are damaged or faulty please contact us either by email to shop@westerntowing.co.uk or on 01392 216336 within 14 days of dispatch of the goods. You will then be given a unique returns code which must be included on any paperwork enclosed with the returned items. We will then discuss with you the options available for returning the items.

If goods are not reported damaged or faulty and returned to us without a returns code we reserve the right to not pay the carriage costs incurred.

Once the order has been received please check the contents for any missing or damaged items. This should be done with 48 hours as any missing or damaged parts must be notified to the courier within this time.
