The values given assume the trailer is in a legal and roadworthy condition with parts such as mudguards, lights, tyres, brakes, coupling and jockey wheel all fitted and in working order.

VAT: If you are registered for vat you should charge vat on a trade-in or a private sale.

Please note: The values are a guide only, there are many factors that can affect the value of a trailer. An average sized trailer is likely to be easier to sell and therefore also likely to obtain a higher price than a 'special' which it may be harder to find a buyer so the price may need to be reduced. Other factors include the trailer make as well as the area in the country you are situated.
