Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept the following methods of payment:

By credit or debit card either Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Electron,
   Delta, JCB or Solo.

By cheque, in the checkout select 'Place order & forward cheque by post'
   then click next and print the order so you can use it to forward to us
   with your cheque made payable to 'Western Towing'. To allow your cheque
   to clear, delivery may take up to 10 days from receipt of cheque.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

We are currently only accepting orders from the UK. Please feel free to contact us for more information

Shipping And Handling
Carriage is free* over £45.00 including vat, orders under £45.00 are charged at £3.95 including vat (£3.36 + vat) and will be added to your order value at the checkout. *subject to the areas listed below

UK MAINLAND
All orders will either be sent by FIRST CLASS POST, INTERLINK EXPRESS or FedEX on an overnight (next working day) a signature is required to take delivery, if no one is available to sign then a card will be left so that you can contact the delivering depot to arrange another delivery or collect.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS
(Postcodes: FK17 to 99, G83, IV1 to 28, IV33 to 39, IV52 to 54, IV63, KW1 to 14, PA21 to 40, PH18 to 26, PH30 to 41 and PH49 to 50)

Orders up to 2 kg will either be sent by FIRST CLASS POST or ROYAL MAIL STANDARD PARCELS which could take up to 5 working days. Orders over 2kg in total will require an additional carriage charge, please contact us for further details.

ISLE OF MAN, SCOTTISH ISLANDS, ISLE OF WIGHT and NORTHERN IRELAND.
Orders up to 2 kg will either be sent by FIRST CLASS POST or ROYAL MAIL STANDARD PARCELS which could take up to 5 working days. Orders over 2kg in total will require an additional carriage charge, please contact us for further details.

CHANNEL ISLANDS
Orders under 2kg will either be sent by FIRST CLASS POST or ROYAL MAIL STANDARD PARCELS which could take up to 5 working days. *Due to changes in Royal Mail Parcels policy orders over 2kg are classed as International Parcels and are subject to an additional carriage charge which is dependent on weight. Please contact before ordering or place you order and we will contact you, if you are then not happy with the additional carriage you will be able to cancel.

DURING POSTAL STRIKES
Postal strikes can cause delays to the delivery of orders sent out by 1st Class Post, the method of sending orders will be as follows:

All orders over £45 that would normally qualify for free postage will be delivered by a courier service so will not be affected.

Orders under £45 will still be sent be Royal Mail so please expect a delay. Should you require the order to be sent out on a Next Working Day delivery you can upgrade your delivery for an additional £2.95.

Delivery Schedule
Orders recieved during a normal working day (i.e not Saturday or Sunday) will either be dispatched that day or the next working day. Should we be unable to do this we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you as to when the goods can be sent and giving you the option to cancel if the anticipated delivery is unacceptable.

Christmas & New Year Delivery Arrangements

Next Day Carrier (Parcel weight over 1.5kg).
Orders received by midday on 23rd December 2009 should be delivered by 5.00pm on 24th December 2009.

Royal Mail First Class Post (Parcel weight under 1.5kg)
Orders received by 10.00am on 21st December 2009 will be sent by first class post on the that day.

Last Royal Mail posting day for first class post to arrive before Christmas is Monday 21st December. We will dispatch all orders received by 10.00am on 21st, on that day.

Between Christmas & New Year
Orders received after midday on 23rd December 2009 and Midday on 4th January 2010 should be dispatched on 4th January 2010.

All dates given are subject to stock availability.

Please note we do not process payment until the goods are ready for dispatch.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
We only accept orders from the UK. For orders made from the UK , 17.5% VAT is included.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days in the packaging that it came in, and we will refund your money less the original cost of carriage to send you the goods.
